Due to the digital nature of our mentorship, we maintain a strict policy to protect our intellectual property:
- Digital Product Finality: Because access to our ICT models, archives, and live sessions is granted immediately upon payment, all sales are final and non-refundable.
- Subscription Cancellation: You may cancel your recurring subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Access will continue until the end of your current paid billing period.
- Billing Discrepancies: If you believe you were charged in error, you must contact support within 48 hours. Valid billing corrections are processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method.
